1. What types of workwear do you manufacture?
We specialize in high-visibility clothing, flame-resistant garments, anti-static workwear, waterproof and breathable jackets, softshell vests and jackets, and custom corporate uniforms. All products can be customized to meet specific industry standards.
2. Do you offer OEM / customization services?
Yes, we are an OEM-focused manufacturer. You can customize fabric, color, size range, logo (embroidery or screen printing), reflective tape placement, and packaging, sewing technique, standards, etc, based on your requirements.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our typical MOQ is 500 pieces per style and color. However, we are flexible for sample orders or small trial orders. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
4. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples are available. We can provide existing stock samples for free, or produce pre-production samples based on your design. Sample lead time is typically 7–15 days.
5. What are your main export markets?
We currently export to Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United States, and we are expanding to other regions. Our products meet international safety standards such as ISO EN20471, ANSI/ISEA, EN20343 and more.
6. What certifications do your products have?
Our garments comply with major international standards including:
- ISO 20471 – High-visibility clothing
- EN 1149 – Anti-static protection
- EN ISO 11611 / 11612 – Flame-resistant protection
- EN 343 – Waterproof and breathable fabric
7. What is your typical production lead time?
For bulk orders, production usually takes 60-70 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Lead time may vary based on order quantity and customization complexity.
8. What are your payment terms?
We typically accept T/T (bank transfer). Common terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading. Other terms can be discussed.
9. Do you offer door-to-door shipping or handle logistics?
Yes, we work with reliable freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight, air freight, or express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We also handle all export documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
10. Can I add my logo to the garments?
Absolutely. We offer logo embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and reflective logo customization. Our team will help you choose the best method based on your design and fabric.
11. Do you have a catalog or price list I can review?
