A: Our standard MOQ depends on the fabric and product type. Generally, it is 500 to 1,000 pcs per style/color for standard hi-vis vests or shirts, and 500 pcs for technical jackets. However, for initial trial orders or growing brands, we can discuss flexible options depending on available stock fabric colors.

A: Absolutely. We highly encourage proto-sampling to verify fit and quality. The lead time for standard counter-samples with stock fabric is 5–7 days, while fully customized samples with custom dye lots or specialized features may take 10–15 days.

A: Yes, we charge a nominal sample fee to cover development costs and pattern making. However, this sample fee is 100% refundable or credited towards your account once the bulk order meets our standard target quantity.

A: We primarily work on FOB, CIF, and DDP terms depending on your preference. Our accepted payment methods generally include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, or Irrevocable L/C at sight for large-volume contracts.
